Election Day is November 7th

Larry Rascio

Larry Rascio and his family have lived in Bernards Township since 2007. Both of his children have attended Bernards Township public schools and are currently students at Ridge High School. As a current member of the Bernards Township BOE, Larry’s financial expertise has already been valuable, having increased district income by implementing proper financial management practices. He is also a Board Liaison for the Special Education Parent Advisory Committee. Larry is currently the Global Head of Trading and Portfolio Management at a boutique investment bank.

     Debbie Marcus, Ph.D.

Debbie Marcus has lived in Basking Ridge with her family since 2005. She earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. She has focused on science education, worked in Yale admissions, counseled at Cleveland State, did research at Syracuse, and taught at Kean University. Debbie was actively involved in LCS PTO, held leadership positions at local synagogues, was a Girl Scout Troop leader, and a Township recreation basketball coach. She and her husband have three children who attended various township schools, including the PALS program. Their daughter is a 2022 Ridge High School graduate.

Erin Weber

Erin and his family have been living in Basking Ridge since 2011. His daughter attended the Bernards Township public school system and is a Ridge High School graduate. Erin is a Senior Technology Project/Program Manager for a large Telecom carrier. He has responsibilities such as managing large budgets, supply chain and logistics, and building out large capital construction projects. Erin hopes to use his experience to bring a fresh perspective to the future capital and maintenance projects that have long gone unresolved at the schools.
